Refund Policy

At Agyaat Solutions ("Arjuna", "we", "us"), we provide order routing and MetaTrader automation tools. Software licences and digital subscription services are made available immediately upon subscription confirmation.

Because our Service provides digital software access and cloud execution infrastructure, refunds are evaluated strictly under the terms set out in this document.

We strongly encourage all prospective subscribers to utilise our free trial or demo environment to test signal routing, EA chart attachment, and parameter configurations prior to purchasing a paid subscription tier.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase date.
• Refunds are eligible only if the Service experiences a documented critical technical failure on our servers that prevented signal execution and could not be resolved by our technical team within 48 hours.
• Renewal payments (monthly or annual recurring charges) are non-refundable once billed unless cancelled prior to the renewal billing cycle date.
• Dislikes of partner signal strategy performance, market losses, or failure to maintain a 24x7 VPS/MetaTrader connection do not qualify for a refund.

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with your account email address, subscription transaction ID, and a detailed description of the technical issue encountered.

Eligible refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment method used during checkout.
