1. 1. Account Creation on MetaTrader (MT4 / MT5)

Step 1
Open a Broker Account

Register with a supported MetaTrader broker and complete identity verification (KYC).

Step 2
Create MT4 or MT5 Trading Terminal Credentials

Inside your broker client portal, create a new MT4 or MT5 account. Take note of: Account ID / Login Number, Master Password, Investor Password (Read-Only), and exact Server Name (e.g., Broker-Live01).

3. 3. Getting & Configuring Your Trading VPS

A Virtual Private Server (VPS) ensures your MetaTrader terminal runs continuously 24 hours a day without interruptions from internet drops, power outages, or computer sleep modes.

Connect via Remote Desktop (RDP)

Use Remote Desktop Connection on Windows or Microsoft Remote Desktop on Mac/iOS to log into your VPS using the IP address and password provided by your VPS host.

5. 5. Installing & Setting Up Arjuna EA Bot

Follow these steps to deploy the Arjuna EA Bot inside your MetaTrader terminal on your VPS:

Step 1
Download Arjuna EA File

Download the official ArjunaFx.ex4 (for MT4) or ArjunaFx.ex5 (for MT5) executable from the Arjuna Portal downloads section.

Step 2
Copy EA to Experts Directory

In MetaTrader, click File -> Open Data Folder. Navigate to MQL4/Experts (or MQL5/Experts) and paste the ArjunaFx file.

Step 3
Enable WebRequest & Allow DLL Imports

Go to Tools -> Options -> Expert Advisors. Check "Allow Automated Trading", check "Allow WebRequest for listed URL", and add https://api.arjunafx.trade to the allowed URL list.

Step 4
Attach EA to Chart

Drag ArjunaFx EA from the Navigator panel onto any chart (e.g. EURUSD M1). Enter your License Key from the Arjuna Portal in the EA inputs tab.

6. 6. Verifying Connection & Health Status

Once attached, check the top right corner of your chart. A green smiling face (MT4) or green hat icon (MT5) with "ArjunaFx Connected: OK" indicates active signal synchronization.
