Partner Onboarding & Partner Change Guide
Complete guide for traders joining through an IB/Partner referral link, onboarding under a partner, changing partner attributions, and linking bots to partner signals.
1. 1. Onboarding Under a Partner
Arjuna partners and Introducing Brokers (IBs) provide customized trading signals, discounted subscription tiers, and direct mentoring to their referred traders.
Use Partner Referral Link
Register your Arjuna account using your partner’s custom link (e.g. arjunafx.trade/partner-program?ref=PARTNER_ID).
Enter Partner Referral Code
If registering manually on the portal, enter the Partner / IB Code during registration under "Referred by Partner".
2. 2. How to Change Partner
If you want to transfer your account to a new Partner or IB group, follow these steps:
Go to Profile Settings
Log into app.arjunafx.trade/portal, click your user avatar in the top right, and select "Account & Partner Settings".
Request Partner Transfer
Click "Change Partner", enter the new Partner ID or referral code, and click "Submit Transfer Request".
Confirmation & Update
Once approved by partner support, your active signal permissions and partner attribution will update automatically.
3. 3. Attaching Bot to Partner Signals
When onboarded under a Partner, private partner signal streams appear automatically in your signal marketplace tab.
- Navigate to Portal -> My Bots.
- Select your active Bot instance.
- Click "Attach Partner Signal", select your partner’s verified strategy, and set risk parameters.
- Click "Save & Activate".
